**** Refrigerator had a thermometer inside that was not currently functioning due to dead batteries. Inspection Comments |
Inspector arrived during lunch time and observed hot held food being served from the adjourning school. Day care had time and temperature logs that they filled out as well as accurate thermometers. Daycare is using EPA registered Alcohol sanitizer and is adhering to all instructions and only using original containers. |
